Irvine, California - March, 2021 - RSI Home Products, Inc. announced the selection of Richmond County, North Carolina as the site of its new 300,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility. Richmond County donated 42 acres in its new industrial park and a $750,000 grant will help to ready the building for manufacturing and distribution operations. Irvine, California - February 2020 - The RSH Group completed multiple Cost Segregation studies for NBCUniversal's Universal City operations resulting in over $25 million in federal income tax savings for NBCUniversal's parent company Comcast Corporation.

Irvine, California - January 2020 - The RSH Group assisted eBay, Inc. in the selection of Reno, Nevada as the location for a new datacenter. Gov. Brian Sandoval announced the plan in his State of the State address Thursday night along with a $1 billion expansion of Switch data space in Las Vegas.

Switch's "supernap" project includes the development of a 500-mile fiber optic network it calls a "superloop" that will connect Reno, Las Vegas, Los Angeles and San Francisco and dramatically increase the speed of information traveling between the cities.The company said it will place 50 million people within 14 milliseconds of data, with information moving between Reno and Las Vegas in only 7 milliseconds.

Waco, Texas - May, 2019 - Long term client Allergan announced another expansion of its North American manufacturing facility in Waco, Texas. The RSH Group's founder, James Renzas, provided site selection services to Allergan in 1989 when the site was chosen for the initial manufacturing plant.
